Who qualifies

  • Your household income must be within the Housing Income Limits for the unit size you need.

How to apply

    Register with The Housing Registry

    Complete one application to join the waitlist. Update it if your situation changes so you keep your place.

    • 💡 Waitlists can be long. Register early even if you are not in urgent need yet.
    • 💡 For buildings managed by BC Housing, your household must also have less than $100,000 in assets. Other non-profit and co-op housing providers set their own asset limits.
