BC's main drug plan. It helps pay for prescription drugs and some medical supplies, based on your family income. Lower-income families pay a lower deductible — sometimes zero.

Who qualifies

  • You must be a BC resident enrolled in the Medical Services Plan (MSP) and register once with income consent.
  • Your deductible and family maximum are set by your family net income from two years ago.

    Register online

    Register for Fair PharmaCare online. Registration is free and lowers your deductible — do it even if you rarely buy medication.

    • 💡 If you do not register, your deductible defaults to $10,000. Registering is worth it.
